Join Francesco & Jack at The Chef’s Table for an Italian taste of spring!

Francesco & Jack will cook for you, demonstrating what they’re doing and serving their creations as they go. 

You’ll be taken on a journey through classic and modern takes on Italian dishes. Think the freshest hand-made ravioli mezzaluna. Sumptuous, slow-cooked ossobuco and gremolata. Ludicrously tasty & creamy tiramisu. Plus nibbles and more!

Over 3 hours the menu will be demonstrated & cooked right in front of you. You’ll learn the tips, tricks and insights to real, indulgent Italian cooking.  How to make beautiful pasta.  How to hero ingredients and let them shine. How to master a tiramisu like you’ve never seen before!

This new menu celebrates fresh beginnings and the start of spring. Yes it’s early – but we always love a reason to celebrate! And it’ll be delivered in true Chef’s Table style – immersive, interactive and lively!

Jack and Francesco used to work together at Jamie Oliver’s Cookery School – and were both Head Chef at different moments.  They both own and run their own businesses – Cookable, and Our Cooking Journey.  As colleagues and friends, they’re partnering up to create a new, immersive dining experience – The Chef’s Table.
