Join Jack & Francesco for a truly special, one-off event from The Chef’s Table. Hosted at Drews Granary, West Sussex, this will be a immersive dining experience like no other!

Francesco and Jack will demonstrate the stunning menu, outdoors, right in front of you. And tonight – if you like – you’re getting involved! If you fancy it, you’ll get the opportunity to get stuck in, and help cook the menu!

Speaking of which – let’s chat menu. We’re celebrating fire. And everything it has to offer… Smoke. Char. Blistering heat. Outdoor cooking.

We’ll have sensational beef from ‘Stansted Farmshop’. The freshest fish from ‘Fresh From The Boat’. Accompanied by two gorgeous fire-roasted summer salads. The menu champions BBQ season with local produce, all brought to life through fire. Even our summer cocktail will be straight from the garden!

So how will the evening work? We’ll use Drews Granary’s stunning courtyard as our kitchen. Jack and Fran will start off by demonstrating each of the recipes. Then, it’s your turn – we’ll work as a team to prepare and cook dinner with Fran and Jack’s support. Repeat after us – “Yes Chef!!”.

Once we’ve prepared the menu, we’ll sit down to enjoy our well-earned dinner. We’ll pour a glass of something special for you (and you can pre order more, if you like!).

Set in a stunning, private location – you’ll learn, cook with chefs, and enjoy a truly memorable meal. It’ll be a beautiful, unique evening unlike anything else. There are only 14 places available – due to the limited spaces, this event will sell out fast. Get your hands on your tickets before they’re gone!

Menu – everything on fire:

Tagliata steak, with rocket & shaved parmesan, olive oil & balsamic vinegar

Fresh fish, with garden salsa-verde

Grilled peppers, with olives & smoked burrata

Charred lettuce, with peas and mint

Other nibbles as we cook, and a fire-surprise desert


We’ll kick things off with a summer cocktail of course! And a glass of something with your meal. In addition, you’ll be able to pre-order bottles of wine or beer if you’d like!


A 3-hour immersive dining experience with Chefs Jack and Francesco. The menu will be demonstrated, cooked and served – at The Chef’s Table, right in front of you – before you get involved and get cooking too! Once the cooking’s done, we’ll sit at the table and enjoy our meal together!

Jack and Francesco used to work together at Jamie Oliver’s Cookery School – and were both Head Chef at different moments.  They both own and run their own businesses – Cookable, and Our Cooking Journey – as well as partnering to launch The Chef’s Table.
